二、服务说明
本工具是一个纯前端（浏览器本地运行）的在线分享卡片制作工具：你输入的文字、上传的图片等所有编辑内容，均在你的设备本地进行处理与导出，不会上传至我们的服务器，也无需注册或登录。
三、知识产权
本网站及其组成部分（包括但不限于页面设计、界面布局、代码、Logo、文字与图形素材）的著作权及相关权利归 365Lab 或其许可方所有。除本条款明确允许外，未经书面许可，不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。
你通过本工具创作并导出的图片内容归你本人所有。请确保你使用的文字与图片素材拥有合法授权，因素材内容产生的知识产权或法律责任由使用者自行承担。
四、用户责任
- 你承诺不以违反法律法规、侵犯第三方权益或妨碍网站正常运行的方式使用本工具；
- 你承诺不利用本工具制作、传播违法、侵权、低俗或不实内容；
- 你应自行备份重要的工程文件（可通过「导出 JSON 工程」实现），本工具不对浏览器本地数据的丢失承担责任；
- 你不得通过爬虫、批量请求或其他自动化手段干扰本网站。
五、广告

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 365Lab Card Maker (cardmaker.365lab.top, “the Tool” or “the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Site.
2. Description of Service
The Tool is a front-end (browser-local) online card maker: all content you type, upload or edit is processed and exported locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers, and no account or login is required.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its components (including page design, layout, code, logo, text and graphics) are owned by 365Lab or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted here.
Images you create and export with the Tool belong to you. Make sure the text and image assets you use are properly licensed; you are responsible for any intellectual property or legal liability arising from your content.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use the Tool in any way that violates laws, infringes third-party rights, or interferes with the normal operation of the Site;
- You agree not to create or distribute illegal, infringing, harmful or false content with the Tool;
- You are responsible for backing up important project files (via “Export JSON”); the Tool is not liable for loss of browser-local data;
- You may not interfere with the Site through crawlers, bulk requests or other automated means.
5. Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements (including ads provided by Google, such as Google AdSense) to keep the service free. Ads are served by third-party platforms and are unrelated to your edited content; they may include personalized ads based on your interests.
